Intent was to depict our NCOs performing duties such as Casualty Assistance for our Fallen Heroes, Coaching Soldiers at the Rifle Range, Teaching as a Drill Sergeant, Mentoring Soldiers and Officers, Showing Compassion on the Battlefield, and taking care of their Families
