Supporting the NATO NCO Corps

While serving at JFC Naples located in Lago Patria, Italy, Solovey collaborated with the JFC Naples Command Senior Enlisted Advisor (CSEL).  The goal was to produce the first-ever historical lineage lithograph for the headquarters established in 1951.  "Since 1951" was the result & was donated to the NCO Association in order to support NCO-led unit family events
